Quality Assurance "Highlands" Home

xclusive and well-planned, Highlands Plantation
is carefully maintained. Lakes, ponds and brooks
meander between the 18 holes of the golf course as it
traverses the landscape of forests, flatlands, hills and
overlooks.

Careful planning by the Architectural Control
Committee
sees that the integrity of the residences
remains constant. The committee requires new home
builders to provide construction plans, materials and
exterior colors for approval, along with site plans
showing parking, drainage, and landscaping.
All bridges and roads are privately owned by the
development. Water is provided by the Clayton Village
Water Association and Blackjack Water Association
with power provided by Atmos Energy Co. and Four
County Electric Power Association. Other services,
which include high speed internet, are provided by
BellSouth and Northland T.V. Cable Co. Underground
utilities help provide a quaint but upscale village feel
to the development.

The Homeowners’ Association will own and maintain
the lagoon, roads, and common areas, and will control
their uses in the future. They have an important say in
many of the developmental matters. After all, it’s the
place they call home. You can feel at home, too, at
Highlands Plantation
